MR Phosphorsäure en

Project background

In an anodising plant phosphoric acid is generated, which is contaminated with aluminium.

  MR Phosphorsäure Beitrag

Goal and challange

The aim is to remove the aluminium from the phosphoric acid and return the acid to the process. Prior to the realisation of the large-scale plants, preliminary tests were carried out within the scope of our 4 steps 2 separation to select the suitable process.

Concept and realisation

Realisation of a multi-stage treatment in acid-proof execution by which the phosphoric acid can be recovered for the process.

Advantage for customer

  • Saving of disposal costs through reuse of the phosphoric acid
  • Controlled process through circulation of the acid
  • Reliable method with low maintenance requirements
  • Low chemical requirements
