Analysis and laboratory tests - For the conception of a process focused on the customer's problem definition

Our sales team will be pleased to support you in finding a suitable process for your application. For demanding separation tasks for which there is no standard process, membrane screening can be performed directly in the OSMO laboratory. OSMO is not bound to certain membrane manufacturers. Due to our extensive and flexible equipment at pilot plants, process combinations of different separation steps can be tested.

Piloting

For industrial piloting, OSMO uses a large number of self-developed pilot plants manufactured in accordance to industrial standards. Our portfolio covers the entire range of membrane filtration, enabling us to provide the right pilot plant for the majority of applications.

With OSMO pilot plants it is possible to provide proof of concept by feeding the pilot plant directly with the  process liquid on site. At the same time, valuable process experience can be gained, which considerably increases the process and planning reliability for the subsequent large-scale plant.

Industrial-scale plant

After successful pilot testing, the next step is the realization of the large-scale plant. Our approach provides the greatest possible scale-up security for the large-scale plant, which OSMO backs up with a performance guarantee.

Training, consulting and maintenance

After handsover of the large-scale plant, OSMO continues to support the operator in the management of the plant. In this way a continuous optimization of the process efficiency is achieved. Examples of this are the reduction of operating costs by minimizing chemical consumption and the increase of the membrane service life.
